Information about the use of e-mail service
ERCA informs all interested parties that e-mail services within the Organization is ruled by an internal discipline that is conducted in accordance with the Italian Legislative Decree 196 dd. 2003, June 30th and following resolutions of the privacy authority.
Particularly every authorized user of e-mail services is aware that:
- the use of the Company’s e-mail service is intended only for business purposes and not for personal scopes;
- e-mail addresses referring to functions or competences within the Organization are not intended for individual use and they can be shared with other users or the Organization management;
Hence the recipient of e-mails sent by ERCA shall be aware that such e-mails might be shared within the Organization.
